Fortbyte 48 Accessible by using the Vox Pickaxe to smash the gnome beside a mountain top throne
In principle, this challenge is easy. You simply have to head towards the Snowy Biome and smash a gnome to pieces using the Vox Pickaxe.
But, the Vox Pickaxe first needs to be unlocked by reaching Tier 55 of the Fortnite Season 9 Battle Pass.
Once you’ve done this, equip it, head into a match and make a beeline for the Mountain in the south, it’s West of Fatal Fields and East of Happy Hamlet.
“Where is the Gnome” we hear you cry. Easy. You’ll find the Gnome on top of the mountain, standing next to a toilet, a lamp post and a trash can.
Words I didn’t think I’d be writing this morning, let me tell you.
If you need extra help check out the above video from Fortnite content creator Gattu.
When you find it, smash that Gnome, collect the Fortbyte and make sure to finish the game for your progress to count.
And of course, make sure you check back tomorrow for our next Fortnite Fortbyte guide.
