The April 2023 PS Plus Extra and Premium games are about to be released. Announced last week, the next wave of PS Plus Extra games include Kena: Bridge of Spirits, Doom Eternal and Riders Republic. Elsewhere, the original Doom trilogy will be available for PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers. Whether you’re subscribed to Extra, Premium, or both, the new PlayStation Plus titles have an April 18 release date. There’s no official launch time, but you should be able to start playing by midday UK time.
In addition to the aforementioned games like Kena Bridge of Spirits, the PS Plus Extra line-up includes Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, Slay the Spire, Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom, The Evil Within, Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, Bassmaster Fishing, Paradise Killer, and Sackboy: A Big Adventure.
The Premium line-up, on the other hand, features the original Doom, Doom 2, and Doom 3, as well as Doom 64, and Dishonored Definitive Edition.
As a reminder, an annual PS Plus Extra subscription costs £83.99. It includes all the benefits of a regular PS Plus subscription (online play, free monthly games and discounts), plus access to an ever-expanding game catalogue, and Ubisoft+ Classics.
PS Plus Premium contains the same perks as above, as well as a library of classic games, free game trials, and cloud streaming.

PS Plus Premium subscriptions start at £13.49 a month, or £99.99 for an annual membership. There’s even a three-month plan, which costs £39.99.
It’s worth noting that games are sometimes removed from the PS Plus Extra library, so you’ll need to make sure you complete them before they’re taken off.
In May, for example, Sony has confirmed that more than 30 games will be leaving PS Plus Extra.
This includes Resident Evil HD, Marvel’s Spider-Man, Shenmue 3, Kingdom Come Deliverance and NBA 2K Playgrounds 2.
