PS5 restocks are coming thick and fast this week, after Amazon, AO, John Lewis and ShopTo all make stock available for customers.

However, in a surprise twist, there’s also a chance GAME could restock the device, despite dropping a huge amount of consoles last week.

According to the ever-reliable PS5 UK Stock account, GAME has made some changes to its website.

Not only have the PS5 release dates been tweaked on the site, but the company has updated its list of PlayStation 5 bundles.

This is usually a sign that consoles are about to go on sale, perhaps as early as Thursday, May 20.

“Exclusive: GAME have just changed the release dates from 21st May to 28th May,” reads a PS5 UK Stock tweet. “We reported they were updating the listings yesterday and removed bundles.

“Suggests they could release a second round with cancelled orders as soon as tomorrow, Thursday 20th.”

Needless to say, Express Online will keep you posted with all the latest developments, so check out the link to our PS5 stock live blog below.

It’s also worth bookmarking some of the more popular stock checker accounts, in order to stand the best possible chance of nabbing a console.

This includes Digital Foundry Deals, Stock Informer, PS5 UK Stock – Instant Updates, PS5 UK Stock and Express Gaming – the latter of which will have live updates throughout the week.

Some of the accounts mentioned above have Discord groups for PS5 customers, while some have live streams and alerts on sites like YouTube.

Customers are generally encouraged to have multiple devices open when trying to purchase a PlayStation 5, and to sign in to retail accounts when available.

Now is a good time to purchase a PlayStation 5, especially following the release of some high-profile new games.

This includes Housemarque’s newest release Returnal, which is described as a rogue-like bullet hell shooter.

“After crash-landing on a shape-shifting alien planet, Selene finds herself fighting tooth and nail for survival. Again and again she’s defeated, forced to restart her journey every time she dies.

“In this roguelike shooter, both the planet and your equipment change with every cycle, forcing you to adapt your play style and take on evolving challenges.”
