Today sees the launch of the Back 4 Blood open beta, complete with all the modes and content available during early access.
The one thing that gamers have noticed is that the game is currently in maintenance mode across all platforms.
This includes PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC, but it’s nothing to worry about.
Back 4 Blood Maintenance is scheduled to end at 8pm BST, which should lead to all servers switching on.
And the only time Back 4 Blood maintenance might start again is if servers run into troubles.
The Back 4 Blood open beta is scheduled to run throughout the weekend and will end on Monday, August 16, at around 8pm BST.
For gamers in North America, the same beta will end at the earlier time of 12pm PDT due to the time difference.
MFL…
The new beta is expected to contain the same content as the early access version that went live earlier this month.
The big difference will be that everyone who has a compatible device to play the game will be able to do so.
Console gamers don’t even have to worry about PS Plus and Xbox Live subscriptions, as neither will be required, according to the Back 4 Blood site.
During the open beta, fans will have access to a number of maps and modes, some of which come with certain limitations.
Not all the final content will be available to play later this week, so there’s going to be plenty of surprises for those who buy the full version.
